StoryViewer guide
Can You Recover Deleted TikTok Posts?
StoryViewer cannot recover a post deleted or inaccessible before capture. If archived earlier, the granted copy may remain under current access and retention rules.

Once a supported public source is gone, a new monitor has nothing to download.
Archived access is private
Media is served through account grants; public availability does not grant redistribution rights.
Removal requests matter
Rights holders can contact the operator with a content reference and authority.
