Account and technical support
Use the subject “Account support” and include the email address used for Google sign-in, the affected page, when the problem occurred, and a concise description. Do not send a password, payment card number, Google credential, API key, or other secret.
Billing, cancellation, and refunds
Use “Billing request” and include your account email and the relevant Stripe invoice or Checkout reference if available. Manage plan changes and cancellation through the Stripe billing portal in the dashboard. Subscription charges are non-refundable except where applicable law requires a refund. Contact us if you believe a charge was made in error or a mandatory consumer remedy applies.
Privacy requests
Use “Privacy request” and state whether you seek access, correction, export, deletion, restriction, objection, or another right. Include your country or US state and the account email. We may need to verify that you control the account before acting. Authorized agents should identify the person represented and provide evidence of authority where applicable.
Copyright, creator, and removal requests
Use “Content rights request.” Identify each creator and archived item precisely, provide the public source URL or platform ID when available, explain the right you hold or the authority you have, describe the requested action, and provide reliable contact information. Do not submit information you are not authorized to share. StoryViewer may verify your identity or authority, restrict access while reviewing a complete request, request more information, and remove or restore access based on the evidence and applicable law. We respond within any period required by applicable law.
Security reports
Use “Security report” and provide reproducible steps and the affected URL without accessing another person’s account or data. Do not include exploit payloads containing live personal data.
Legal notices
StoryViewer is the service operator. The email address above is the approved electronic channel for contractual notices, privacy requests, content-rights requests, and other legal correspondence. Include “Legal notice” in the subject. This does not override a legally required method of formal service.
